Alternative Cooling & Heating is a family owned and operated company started in 2011 by Robert Ilardi Jr., after being in the business since 1995. The decision to start an independent company was made in 2009, and by 2011 we had incorporated as Alternative Cooling & Heating.
We provide prompt service, fair and honest pricing, and quality installation of all types of commercial and residential HVAC equipment. Most of our service customers have been with us since the very beginning — and that loyalty is something we never take for granted.
